Tomorrow I'm taking part in my first ever Triathlon and I'm terrified!
Me and three of my life long friends
(Alison Thomas, Paul Thomas, Michael Letton) are doing it to raise money for our friend Sarah Pavlou (now Hicks).
Sarah has Multiple Sclerosis, which means she is unable to do many everyday tasks including walking. Sarah's condition is completely debilitating and impacts on every aspect of her life. Pav never moans or feels sorry for herself, instead embraces life to the full, she is truly amazing!
The four of us would like to raise enough money to buy her an electric wheelchair so she can regain some independence.

Sarah is completely UNAWARE that we are doing this, as she is not one to ever make a fuss about anything.
