I've raised £500 to support the Hospice in Harold's Cross who took such great care of my Grandfather in his final weeks.

Organised by Vincent Flood
Every year on Christmas morning we begin our festivities with a plunge into the Irish Sea all in aid of the Hospice in Harold's cross.
We began this annual tradition well over a decade ago when my Grandfather became terminally ill - the Hospice took exceptional care of him in his remaining weeks.
So as a way of remembering my Grandfather (Vincent Hallinan) and raising money for a great organisation so they can continue their fantastic work we subject ourselves to the freezing open waters.
Tis the season to give so please give what little you can,
Merry Christmas x
