Hi, my name is Olia. I am from Belarus, but I have moved to UK 14 years ago and I live here. I have two homes and two names, but one God, who walked me through the shadow of death and despair to the world of hope and love. I used to be a journalist and the film industry has always been my passion. It is an amazing tool to share the story, which could change a life of many. In ancient times a play in the theatre used to be called called "the goat song". It meant to touch the heart to tears. I want to bring home the film, which touched my heart, the story I want to share with others, about people who not so lucky in their own destiny but deserve to be treated with dignity and love. One act of kidness is enough to change someone`s life to encourage to live. OUTCASTS is the film which is a piece of art on it is own, an unexpected journey across the globe. You will virtually travel to the prisons of Central America, walk the dark city streets of London, New York and Ireland’s most treacherous neighborhoods. You will have to step beyond your comfort zone and into the lives of our modern day outcasts...I did not know how to talk to homeless people before, but Franciscan Friars helped with a good advice. It is more conmfortable to share your own story with others, to learn to listen well. I hope one of my homeless friends will become a famous artist as his paintings are pretty good... He has nothing but his dog and still I think he is the most joyful person who knows so much about serving others. Lovers of good cinematography and lovers of live, please help me to bring this film to UK in the name of Jesus Christ, redeemer of the world. Amen.
