Walk It Out was created in 2021 to empower women and girls through free activities that build confidence and support wellbeing.

Our mission is to raise awareness and take a stand against violence towards women and girls — helping women feel stronger, safer, and more confident in everyday life.

No woman should feel unsafe — at home, at work, on public transport, or in her own community.

We should be able to walk anywhere, anytime, without fear.

We are working to transform lives, create opportunities, and build safer, stronger communities for all women and girls.

Walk It Out will continue to be a voice for women and keep pushing for change until women feel safe.

There should be no place for violence or abuse against women and girls in our community.
