Story

On average, woman and children (mostly young girls) in developing countries such as Nepal, walk six kilometres a day to fetch water for their community. What’s worse is that water is often filthy and makes them unwell.

Our Walk4Water campaign is an opportunity for us all to come together to raise awareness of the lack of immediately available clean-and-safe drinking water in developing countries, and raise funds to install life-changing water pumps in Sarlahi. Support us as we walk 6km to raise funds to install more water pumps in the homes of venerable families.

The current focus of the Lightsource Foundation is to help the most vulnerable children in Sarlahi, Nepal. Working with World Vision , we have transformed thousands of lives, building strong bonds with the communities we support and bringing hope and better futures for the children that suffer most. More information on the foundation and the work done to date can be found here: The Lightsource Foundation.

Just a little makes a huge difference so a heartfelt thank you for any contributions.
