Story
Walk and Talk for Mental Health is growing day by day. Due to this more and more people are wanting to help. We would like to provide Mental Health First aiders in work settings all over the UK. Also we intend to fund therapy for those who need it most and launch new initiatives which will continue to spread awareness and diminish the stigma which comes with mental ill health.
We have a strong team of volunteers who are all passionate to do more and help those in need. Most of the team has a background or has come into contact with mental ill health at some point.
We started Walk and Talk to make a difference and now we are starting to make real change within our community. We would like to push this further than ever before and change social stigma.
We will also be helping other charities along the way as this should be a consolodated push for change.
Thank you in advance for your donations.
