Story

Nepal has long been subject to extreme poverty and crippling natural disasters, evident after the April 2015 earthquake. A friend and I are looking to walk across the entire length of the country though the Himalayan trail low route, offering any support we can to people in and around the surrounding areas. As of now, we are hoping to get some charity support and raise money for them as a motive for this monumental task, but right now, any support is greatly appreciated! When this crowdfunding is finished, the total may be split 75% to charity 25% to us, just purely to ensure we can actually pull it off. However, if everything goes to plan, it should all go to a charity such as HELP or Water Aid, working over there in Nepal right now.

Our walk will commence next January and take us approximately 4-5 months to complete. We are both 18 years old, recently finished college, and are looking for a way we can give back to the world. Our names are Alex and Will, and we have been looking forward to this opportunity for some time now. Walking has long been a passion for both of us and funding this page will bring both us and the people we hope to meet out there, great happiness.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, it means a lot to us.

Alex and Will.
