Children with disabilities in Uganda have a very difficult road, and accessing therapy or education can be almost impossible. The charity Spring of Hope have been given a piece of land with the shell of a building - and their vision is to transform this into a school with therapy rooms for the children. My 8 year old son wants to help make this happen. He will be walking up Mount Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales with his Dad during the summer holidays to raise funds for this cause.
