    Story

Shay McGinlay, age 4 from Livingston suffers from Cerebral Palsy. We are fundraising to provide Shay funds necessary to obtain advanced therapy treatment and specialised equipment, not available on the NHS.

We continue to support Shay and his young family with their dreams and aspirations to help Shay lead a better life, and perhaps even walk one day.

Shay is in now in the 3rd year of his treatment and as part of his progression has now moved to Bobath, a cerebral palsy charity based in Glasgow, who are now providing the next stage of this specialised treatment which will involve improving both communication and movement for Shay. Depending on it's success, will determine what equipment we need to purchase for Shay to help him on his way.

"Walk With Shay" was set up with the blessing of the family to support the family's own campaign. This not only formalises the excellent work done to date by a small group of Celtic supporters over the last two and a half years, but will give us a bigger platform to help raise the necessary funds for Shay for his essential treatment and equipment to allow him to lead a better life.

With the help of the Celtic Community, family, friends and other kind support, we hope, that Shay will never be allowed to Walk Alone.
