We have decided have decided enough is enough, its time for young people to stand up and make a stand for ourselves. With mental health services in the uk severely underfunded we‘ve decided to be the difference, we‘ve come up with a plan to slowly but surely start being the difference. our 1st step is getting the conversation going, we are creating social media content that we think will help do just that, get the conversation going. stuff that people can read and feel educated after, equiping them to either better understand their mental health or understand their friends and the people around them.

We are currently writting a set of school, college and university talks to go in and help people in education with their mental health, with a number of schools already on board with us, we are looking to put some funding behind what we are doing. Thats why this challenge and many other over the coming weeks months and years will exist because we want to prove that this is something we care about and truly want to pursue in helping people.
