Story
Hi everyone. We launched Walthamstow Wanderers (https://www.walthamstowwanderers.club/) earlier this summer and we've just stared competing in the under ten's age group in the East London And Essex League on Sunday mornings.
A handful of the boys have played competitively before but the majority haven't. Everyone is putting in a phenomenal effort to achieve the best results possible and we're improving with every match but what we really need is more time to train each week to maximise the team's potential.
Oviously this costs more money in additional training pitch hire fees so we're undertaking a sponsored dribbling challenge on Saturday 1st December. Local National League club Leyton Orient have kindly agreed to let the boys dribble a football round their pitch for thirty minutes immediately after their league match with Gateshead that afternoon. The more circuits completed the more money raised.
If you'd like to make a contribution towards the challenge please donate anything you can. Many thanks for your support.
