For many years Fraiser has had to depend on the generosity of others, for anything from daily care needs to mobility needs. This is becoming a source of depression as he lives in a part of the world where it can be difficult to recieve the daily care he needs, yet alone support. There are no government support incentives or programmes and it‘s so sad to hear about his needs and not have any powers to change anything. Please help me raise money to buy him a sturdy, electric wheelchair and a spare battery. This will help him gain a level of independance in his otherwise difficult prediciment.
