Story
Throughout the COVID-19 lockdown, Warrington Male Voice Choir have continued to meet and rehearse virtually.
As a choir we recognise the multiple positive benefits that singing in a choir can have on mental health and many members have themselves benefited personally from this.
“Lockdown Blues” is a lighthearted take on singing in a choir during these strange times. Written by Russell Paterson, the choir’s Musical Director, and learnt, rehearsed and performed virtually, it is a song we hope brings a smile to people’s faces.
We also hope that everyone will make a contribution to the charities supported by the Heads Together campaign via our Just Giving page.

4 years agoA big THANK YOU to everyone who has donated so far! We have already reached our £1K target for raising money for Heads Together within 6 days! At the time of this update, our video ‘Lockdown Blues’ below has been viewed on Facebook 6.3K times & has reached almost 13K people. However, having reached £1K so quickly we felt that we could raise even more money so we’ve decided to try & raise £3K. I’m sure with your help & support we can do this! Please share this page as much as you can on social media platforms & with your friends & family.
