In June 2024 The Warrior within project Plymouth is heading to Thailand to partake in a gruelling 6 week fight camp and an opportunity to fight in one of Phukets Muay Thai stadiums.

For the last 5 years veterans from all 3 services have been training in Muay Thai under the instruction of Stefan Daniel (founder) Who himself trained in Thailand and learned the art of eight limbs. His own journey paved the way for The Warrior within project Plymouth to help many veterans within the UK recover from PTSD and depression.
