Story
I'm raising £2,000 for a Headstone to be raised preserved & relaid after Michael is reunited with his family
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
We have just moved Michael aged 87 from his family home after 53 years after safety issues and a fall. He is now comfortable in a care facility
We stepped in to empty his property and settle his household bills. all of these have now been completed regarding utilities etc.
We funded with your help a removal service of furniture that was distributed to charities and causes, rather than total disposal
We have paid out over £400 this week alone, along with the council now requesting rental payments weekly until the closure of the property, The final invoice will be over £1000.00
We need to fund Trinity Boxes for families this Christmas so any pledges of support are welcomed between now and March 2026 so we can assist as many people Elderly & Homeless who are in dire need during this cost of living crisis
Thank You for all your shares and engagement over this past year, So help us finish off the clearance of Michaels family home
Warwick Proud Welfare Care
Sadly On January 9th 2026 Michael passed away suffering from Dementia and Chronic Kidney Failure
We as a Community Group looked after Michael as he had no close family connections, We supported the entire family as a service as well as friends for many years.
Michael will be laid to rest in a family Plot paid for years a go, for the resting place of his wife Irene aged 55 Son Paul aged 48 and now Michael can be reunited with them aged 87.
Michael (Budgie) as he was known was an avid Everton Supporter from the age of 8 some 79 years with a passion for Everton Mints rather than Toffee's.
As the Family have a plot, it needs to be opened and head stone and kerbing needs storing and protecting until the ground settles.
The cost of removal and storage and inscription will exceed £2,000 and michael did not make provision for this, so any support is welcomed.
We also wish to thank the care home for looking after Michael in his last few months of life. Clarendon Manor
