Warwick’s houseboat has sunk & we would like to put together an emergency fund to help restore his houseboat & help put his life back together.

The local boating community came together & managed to scrounge various pumps & ratchet straps which enabled us to raise the 38f narrowboat within the same day, keeping water damage to a minimum but sadly all of his possessions have been damaged, including all of his ID and documents

Its going to be a hard slog ahead of him hiring heaters & dehumidifiers to dry out the vessel while trying to salvage what he can from water damage & get his feet back on the ground.

Warwick is a popular character on the river & is well known for taking people out for fishing trips, he also does balloon sculpture & is a children’s entertainer. He has brought joy to many peoples lives & it is saddening to see the sinking of this boat turn his life upside down in this way.
