I've raised £4000 to help Simpal and Frankie Box! The Wave Search 3 Peaks Challenge, 28th June 2019. 5 Guys, 3 Mountains, 3 Countries in 24hrs!

On Friday 28th June 2019, our 5 man team will attempt to reach the summits of the three highest peaks of Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) in just 24 HOURS!!!!!!!!
Myself (Gaz Jones), Mat Gladdish, Stuart Lindars, Aaron Mitford and Leon Everitt will be starting at Ben Nevis and finish in Snowdon, covering 462 miles of road, 23 miles of mountain terrain with a total ascent of 10,052ft!
Our aim is to complete the challenge to help raise funds and awareness for two extremely special causes... Simpal & Frankie Box.
Simpal are the only charity in the UK offering free communication services to people living with Cancer. During my sister Hannah's battle with Breast Cancer, Simpal were unbelievably kind. It's a 2 year old charity run by some wonderful people (Blair, Stephen & Chris) that now support over 450 families across the UK. Simpal are the Wave Search charity partner for 2019... we want to give them something back!
Frankie Box is a 15 year old girl from Dartford suffering with Gastroparesis, a rare condition where her stomach is paralysed therefore doesn't empty itself. She is in desperate need of a £17,000 operation that will mean she no longer needs the a feeding tube and would be able to eat again.
See below for more information on Simpal and Frankie... please, please, please, please donate whatever you can, all the money raised goes straight to them and will have a huge impact.

Frankie Box is 15 year old girl that attends The Leigh Academy in Dartford where fellow challenger Stuart Lindars is a Principal. She suffers from a rare condition called Gastroparesis which means her stomach is paralysed therefore doesn't empty itself. She suffers constant pain, acid reflux and vomiting. She is unable to eat or drink anything orally and is fed via a NJ feeding tube (a tube is thread through her nose and stomach into her jejunum). It has taken 2 years to receive the correct diagnosis and has spent a significant amount of time in and out of hospital.
Despite Frankie's condition being incurable, if she had an operation at a cost of £17,000 to fit a Gastric Pacemaker device, it would provide Gastric Stimulation and Frankie would no longer need the NJ feeding tube and would be able to eat again. Please give generously to help Frankie!
