Lightning Fibre are walking “Pier2Peer” - 16 miles from Eastbourne to Hastings Pier on 1st October - rain or shine!

Raising money to support Wayfinder Woman.

Their drop-in advice and support ‘hub’ provides a safe space for even the most anxious of women. People accessing this support are greeted by women with an empathic ear who understand the barriers they face.

The charity provides free face-to-face and online workshops and coaching specially designed to take into account the challenges that women face. Run by accredited professionals and specialists in their field.

With a wide range of volunteering opportunities, women are given an opportunity to discover new talents and develop existing ones, whilst having fun at the same time.

Working with organisations to help them be the best they can be in creating an environment where women can thrive; Wayfinder Woman provide tailored support to them and their workforce.
