Hi everyone, we are setting up this Just Giving page for our 7 year old nephew.. the legend himself Bobby Moore!

After failing to meet certain milestones as a baby, Bobby was diagnosed with a genetic muscular condition. Due to this condition Bobby is a wheelchair user.

Despite this Bobby is your average 7 year old boy. Who lives and breathes football (if you are ever doing a pub quiz, Bobs your man for the sports round - Trust me!) When he's not playing for his powerchair football team or cheering on his beloved Manchester United, he's playing fifa!

Bobby goes to a mainstream school and is a very popular boy thanks to his kind nature, bubbly personality and his abilty to never stop talking 🤣🙈. He gets to enjoy many a play date at his peers houses but unfortunately due to him not having his own space in his home he has yet to host a play date within his own home comforts.

Bobby's family moved from their first family home to accommodate a space for Bobby to call his own. Despite plans/funding etc being drawn in 2020, the pandemic hit putting a halt to all these plans and further pushing up the costs excessively when it was over.

While our sister and brother in law are quite rightly so extremely protective of Bobby and dont want to indulge to much into his privacy. We feel its important to share that currently due to Bobby not having a space downstairs, our sister is having to place Bobby on her knee each morning, and come down each stair on her bottom to ensure his safety.

Unfortunately Bobby currently has a fractured leg, so the importance of Bobby having his own room equipped with a suffcient bed, hoist and wetroom that he can access independently will be hugely beneficial to not only his physical wellbeing and safety but also hugely beneficial in allowing Bobby to have his own personal space just like every other child his age.
