Story

On the 22/10/98 a beautiful little girl was born. Her name was Sarah Addison. From an early age it was apparent that this beautiful little girl showed signs of not being well. After several tests little Sarah was diagnosed with Rett syndrome, a genetic brain disorder that effects language, coordination and movement. Little Sarah spent numerous days and nights at Ninewells hospital, where staff looked after her. Sarah's family eventually brought her home and gave her the love and care any family would give. Sadly on the 9/7/03 this bubbly and happy little angel passed away peacefully at home. She was 5 years old. This year, Sarah would have turned 21. In her memory her family would like to raise funds for ward 29 at Ninewells hospital for vital equipment to help others.

Thanks for taking the time to read this story. All donations will be gratefully accepted.
