Story
On 30th September 10-3pm Waypoint volunteers will be out on the Streets of Maidstone helping children complete the first Maidstone Harvest Trail. Our Easter Egg proved very popular so we thought we would do something similar for Harvest; a time when it is good to pause and give thanks for our food and all our resources. Our Harvest Trail will have a Kentish theme as we celebrate Maidstone as the County town of the garden of England.
Harvest baskets decorated by local primary school children will be "hidden" around the town. There will be a map to follow and at some special locations there will be items to collect or even taste!
We want this to be a free event, and every donation of £5 will help cover the costs for one child to participate.
Thank you for supporting us! Please get in touch if you want to volunteer too!

The Easter Trail was great FUN for both participants AND helpers, and I absolutely loved the sense of COMMUNITY that developed, between participants, helpers and other churches 😀
