I've raised £4085 to webcomradio for new equipment to replace the antique clockwork gear JJ has now. Direct Donations already raised £520

webcomradio was launched in 2009 when JJ & friends started to see internet radio stations pop up all over the place and they wanted to let others hear their eclectic taste in music. They’ve grown it by utilising internet relay chat, gaming, quizzes and live shows, then they started to get more into Indy related stuff.
The Mixed Bag Show was started and this brought more regular listeners, getting listener interaction in their Live Intro Quiz and Text Quiz. The Mixed Bag Show also went out live on Indyliveradio for almost a year in a joint stream. In more recent times they’ve become even more Indy orientated and have built up a large faithful following of like minded Indy folk. They’ve held meetings where folks met up and discussed Indy for Scotland regularly and this was what was called IndySocials. At present they have 8 presenters, and stream live and recorded shows 24/7.
They also interact with their listeners via text and music quizzes both live on their stream, on twitter and on discord. The latest project is have listeners record their favourite 6 tracks from their lives and create small snippets of shows with their recordings, where they explain why they’ve chosen each track, which again leads to more listener interaction. The station is more than just a radio station, it’s a community who actually care about each other and Scotland’s rightful Independence.

Why the Appeal?
As JJ isnae wealthy by any stretch of an overactive imagination, he just cannae stump up to replace the antique equipment. He has (with the help of donations) funded all this from day 1 but just can’t do it anymore. The current equipment can’t cope and needs urgently replacing to keep webcomradio going - to keep it as the COMMUNITY STATION as it is now AN INDY COMMUNITY for SCOTLAND. So vital at this critical time in our nation's history so PLEASE PEOPLE, HELP IF YOU CAN.
Thank You
