Story
We run a community weightlifting club for kids ages 6-18yrs old. Teaching them olympic lifts and giving them opportunities to compete in local, regional & national competition
we are holding a fundraising event on 23rd july to lift the weight of City of Adelaide, a ship that was made in Southwick.
Our children are doing extra cardio to run/row/skii 16,000km!

2 years agoWe are just over half way on the deadlifting total - we've deadlifted 398t so far!! The kids have cycled just over 12,000KM Join us on the day and lets smash the total and raise some much needed funds for the club. We have amazing raffle prizes Return train tickets Holiday vouchers Afternoon tea Restaurant Beauty voucher Laserquest voucher plus many more.....
