Story
Wellington Esplanade Gardens have been put in trust for the 24 owners at Wellington Esplanade since 1877 and since then it has been the intention of both the Trustees and association committee to keep the gardens maintained and well presented through a partnership with the council, volunteers and owners to make the space usable for everyone visiting Lowestoft and it's residents and local community.
After the recent election in 2017 of the new committee we are stepping up our efforts to make sure the gardens are a wonderful and useful attraction for all.
The gardens are very much part of a rich history with the houses opposite that we very much want to maintain for the benefit of all and local legacy.
