THIS JUST GIVING PAGE WILL CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT ON THE 10th November - Absolutely amazing that so far 602 different people from local Facebook groups and business's have donated and the the sum raised to date is £10400, To each every person that has donated I admire you all for playing your part in helping this family out when they needed us most.

ORGINAL POST - On Thursday 22nd October there was a road traffic accident on the Tamworth Road, sadly as a result of this terrible incident a young 11 year old girl has lost her life, no parent should ever have to lose a child so young, I do know the name of the young girl but have chosen at this time not to publish it out of respect to the family, this fundraiser has been set up to help the parents with funeral expenses and any other costs so they can mourn the loss of their baby without having the extra burden of worrying about paying for a funeral, bills, going to work etc.....ALL money raised will go direct to the parents and screen shots will be provided of transfers in local Facebook groups. The money raised can be used by the family however they decide to do so, this could be towards funeral costs or any other financial help the family may need like household bills or allow them to take time off work or even pay for specialist counselling etc....The fact people are donating and leaving comments will be of some comfort as it shows they are not alone in their darkest hour. The original target was set at £3000 but having seen the how well the community have responded and the generosity I have now increased the target to £7000, I hope the donations may go even higher than this as the community come together and donate as we have all been affected by the terrible incident, I will keep raising the target as we hit each milestone .
