Kidney disease now affects over 10,000 people in Wales, a number which is likely to increase in the future, especially amongst children. The impact that the Family Fun Run has on kidney patients in Wales and their families shouldn’t be underestimated. Next to providing better facilities for patients across hospitals in Wales, funds will directly support the lives of children who visit the Children’s Kidney Centre.
