I'm raising £2,000 for Menopause Support Shetland and Mesothelioma UK.

I am jumping out of a plane (with a parachute) to raise funds for my local menopause support group. We have been supporting women for four years now. Just being there for each other providing peer support at a difficult time in life. This funding will pay for much needed therapies such as meditation, relaxation, massage and much more, time for wellbeing and self care. It will also help to spread the word to support ladies in the workplace. People do not realise the impact menopausal symptoms can have on a woman's life. https://www.menopausesupportshetland.com/

I am also wanting to share the funds with Mesothelioma UK who have been a massive support for a very dear friend who has been going through hell because of @"%king asbestos. She has been a trouper championing, campaigning and shouting about the use of asbestos and the horrors it is causing for those effected. She is only 60 and should not be going through this. I cannot stop her suffering but hopefully help the organisation to shout louder and support others going through this horrible disease. https://www.mesothelioma.uk.com/
