my name is felicity, I am nearly 5 yrs old and I have autism. my mum is trying to raise money to give me a safe, hygienic and fun garden to play in with my little sister. My mum would like to get artificial grass so I don't hurt myself, as this is soft and level so I wont fall into holes, or fall over on uneven surfaces. Might seem silly but I have no sense of awareness, no sense of danger and no spatial awareness so I have a tendency to just fall over nothing.

I would really like to get out more into my garden but I cant as it is not safe. We are waiting to get new fencing all the way round and the artificial grass would just finish this of nicely. my mum has come up with the idea of having 2 areas done for me. A play area where I can have lots of sensory bits and bobs with pink grass and an area of green grass for plants and water features to help stimuli.

this as you can imagine is going to cost a lot of money that we don't have, so we are asking if anyone would be nice to help support my parents to get this for me. my mum is also applying to the disability charities and raising funds by car boot sales, crafting and saving what we can, as this is going to cost £8000, which is a lot for us to find.

please please can you help by donating what you can. this will help to change my life as I will be able to go out in the garden and have my own area of play.
