For many years our Softball team has been self funded and it puts a lot of strain on some young families and students who are trying not only to get an education and live on a student or apprentice wage but they are also trying to represent their country in a sport they love. We are a small community of players and our aim to travel to Europe this year in June and next year for the European championships to compete on the International stage. We pay for our own training facilities, flights, uniforms and accommodation. All I'm looking for is a bit of help toward our accommodation costs and let's see where we go from there.
