Mind, Body & Sole are a non profit organisation based here in Congleton and work closely with the local football team aswell as having a drop in centre open to the public 7 days a week offering peer 2 peer support around mental health, addiction, recovery and suicide prevention not only to our local community but world wide.

Aswell as emotional support the team at MBS also provide financial support to those in need be it food vouchers for a shop for a week or emergency gas and electric top ups. They also pay for travel and hotel stays or help with bills all from profits from their great merchandise available on the website and kind donations throughout the year.

We would like to raise money this Christmas to help the organisation support those in need of financial support.
