The goal is to complete a 'Indoor Ironman' on the Concept 2 Ergometer Machines, this consists of a marathon on the Ski Erg, 100km on the Bike Erg and a marathon on the rowing machine: Taking place January 2022

The aim is to raise a much money as possible for Widnes Gymnastic Academy as they send a squat of gymnasts aged from 5 to 17 to the USAIGC international competition in Orlando, Florida in June 2022.

Based on the number of kids looking to head to Orlando, and using approximate costing from previous years we think we will need to raise approx. £12000. This is without travel, accommodation and fees

This cause is very close to mine and my wife's heart, not just because our daughter has been selected to compete, but more importantly for all that Widnes Gymnastics academy and their coaches did for our daughters during the lockdowns and pandemics. The constant changes and adapting that the did in order to keep things 'normal' for all the gymnasts provided structure, support and routine during times where that was missing in other areas of life.

For this, we are forever grateful as the club was the only constant and allowed our daughters to grow and develop not just as gymnasts but more importantly as people too.
