Tower to Tower - April 2026

I’m raising money for the Wirral Grammar School for Boys Minds team. We are a student led mental health team, whose aim is to support other students and members of the school community with issues or support around all parts of mental health.

Cycling ‘Tower to Tower’ will involve a 250 mile cycling challenge from the Wirral Grammar Schools’ Tower Block in Bebington to the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth. Cycling up to 100 miles per day, it will be a physical and mental challenge and a real test of my endurance.

The money raised will be used to refurbish the Memorial and Reflection garden at school. The plan is to transform the garden into a beautiful space for both staff and students to enjoy. Giving everybody a place to go for reflection, or a safe space for them to simply remember friends and loved ones who are no longer with us.

As a student member of the Minds team, I have seen first hand the effects of mental health, especially in young men and teenage boys. As a team we are hoping this garden gives that safe space to anybody who needs it.
