Help us fundraise for our hockey club as we complete the 10K Rough Runner in Oxfordshire on Saturday 18th May 2019 held at the stunning Great Tew Estate, with their rolling hills and meadows.
Running during a hockey match is a very different kind of fitness to running 10K.
Not only are we running 10km, we will be tackling on route 15 obstacles! From the bouncing buoy zone, cargo corkscrew through to the revolution and ending with the TRAVELATOR!
We will truly be gladiators for the day!
The brave individuals entering are:
Grace Hayward (3rd Ladies Team Captain)
Julie Peachey (3rd Ladies Vice Captain)
Roxi Peel (Defence Player)
Beth Noton (Defence Player)
Molly Pratley (Mid-Field Player)
Abi Carpenter (Mid-Field Player)
Sophie Hicks (Forward Player)
Your donations will help purchase club kit, could ease pressures of running a non-profit sports club and promote more opportunities to the local community.
Every little helps, however big or small, it will place a smiles on existing and new players of all ages!
I cannot express enough the benefits sport presents to one’s health and wellbeing - sport is a great way to lead an active & social life. The added benefits of sport for the next generation provides them a focus, a disciplined atmosphere, a sense of an extended family and keeping them active - physically and mentally.
Our club provides exactly that - whether it is for fitness, pastime or to provide a safe environment for your children, we are here for you.
We have many families throughout the club, mine included, and we encourage friends and families from all different backgrounds and sporting abilities.
