Story

I am fundraising to help provide dental treatment to those in need in Nepal.

In April this year I am travelling to Nepal to provide dental treatment as part of Project Yeti.

Project Yeti is a volunteer dental clinic, set up in 2012 in the Kopan Monastery, and aims to provide dental care to the underprivileged people of Nepal, including monks, nuns, and orphans. A group of dental professionals travel from across the world every April to treat the people who need it most.

This is my first trip to Nepal, and my first time volunteering my dental skills. I am looking forward to helping those most in need - both treating pain and preventing further dental problems!

I have already paid for my flight, and accommodation is kindly provided by the monastery. Whilst my time is free, we need certain items to provide dentistry. The money raised will be used to purchase dental supplies (everything from cleaning materials to filling materials!) and will help with the cost of transporting the items to Nepal.

Thank you for reading so far. I truly appreciate any size donation to help buy materials.

If you are in a position to donate any dental equipment (even second hand), please send me a message!
