I've raised £10000 to Buy a new electric wheelchair for an amazing woman with a rare auto immune disease.

Amy has a very rare auto immune condition called Scleroderma that causes the tissues in the body to tighten and fuse. Amy became sick at the age of 5 and the condition has mainly affected her left-hand side, causing her to have no use in her left arm and after 5 years of operations to keep her walking, had to have her left leg amputated above the knee.
Amy doesn’t let this stop her though, she prefers to be as active as possible and is a manager at a therapeutic horticulture project for adults with learning disabilities. To maintain her active lifestyle and keep doing her job to the best of her abilities Amy relies on an electric wheel chair.
Amy’s current chair is over 10 years old and now failing her, a new chair will cost a minimum of £10k and the NHS will only cover a small amount of the cost leaving Amy to raise the majority herself. Amy is a champion that rises in the face of adversity and finds joy in helping others, together her friends and family are holding multiple fundraising events to gather as much money as possible to get her the chair she needs and deserves. Please donate anything you can to help keep this inspirational woman doing her amazing work.
