Story
Most of us take accessibility for granted.
Having the chance to experience woodland, exploring different terrains and adventures should be a normality for all children.
Unfortunately, this isn’t normality for Lexie. Her NHS-supplied wheelchair is restrictive and often it prevents her from enjoying new experiences. As a curious 8 year old, this should never be the case.
Sensory-based stimulation is key for Lexie’s needs. By contributing to this, you will be helping fund a new multi terrain wheelchair for Lexie, which is unavailable on the NHS. Unfortunately, these come at a cost and most children have to go without.
Please help us raise the money for this beautiful young lady to enjoy life experiences otherwise near impossible to achieve. Things that you and I take for granted.
Every child deserves to explore.
