Within the UK we are seeing a huge trend in companies using self employed contracts in order to side step regulations and taxes.  Normal workers are being taken advantage of, working below minimum wage, in unsafe conditions and without basic holiday pay, sickness entitlement and pension contributions.  Meanwhile big businesses are taking millions away from the economy.  In some industries this is actually putting 1000's of people out of business who cannot compete by playing by the book.

I have to be vague as this is an ongoing case.  I  am  fighting  against  a  company  who  are  abusing  the  system  to  take  advantage  of  tax  payers  and  their  staff. They  are  a  HUGE  corporation.
