We're walking in memory of four incredible people from Washington who were supported by these charities when they needed it most.

Macmillan Cancer Support cared for Colin Heslop, who passed away on 7th July 2022. Help for Heroes was there for Alan Campbell from Sunderland, who passed on 11th June. Teenage Cancer Trust supported Laura, who lost her daughter Becca on 14th October 2024. And Cancer Research UK represents a beloved member of our community whose wife fought bravely but wished to remain unnamed.

Their legacies live on, and through this walk, we honour them by giving back to the charities that made a difference in their lives. 💚💙🎗
