We met in October 2016 when Jenny's cousin was drunk and Alex was the only single person at her dinner party. She decided to set them up because they both 'liked old maps'. After a lovely first date at a couple of museums, then to a pub to transcribe a medieval manuscript, they decided this was probably the person for them and agreed to be secretly engaged 2 weeks later.

Now the cat's out of the bag, we could use your help cementing our union with a honeymoon to a beautiful medieval city where we can look at manuscripts and maps and drink lots of wine. Thank you for your support in this most trying of times (for Jenny).
