I've raised £250000 to identify everybody accountable. You identify everyone responsible. Wikiidentify curates it and this is public information wanted.

Wikiidentify believes when a decision gets taken, the person who took it permanently owns it. Individuals who choose to take decisions in the public interest are catalogued by Wikiidentify, and their decisions are made available for all to see – and for members to contend. Wikiidentify itself doesn’t challenge anything, all it does is curate.
WikiIdentify will have a user-friendly community interface that will:
Allow you to log a decision that a person has taken – whether it’s you or someone else,
Allow members of the public to view this log,
Allow the person who has made the decision to agree or contend the log, and
Allow Wikiidentify members to rate the decision claim based on its credibility
It will keep a permanent log of decisions that have been made, along with a summery of their details and outcomes. It will also create a profile for each decision taker, detailing their perceived truths and contradictions via a rating mechanism. This mechanism will only be available to members, not to viewers or Wikiidentify itself.
An advanced AI will allow WikiIdentify to analyse various sources, such as news reports and parliament records, to automatically record decisions and outcomes that individuals have made. Both the decision taker and Wikiidentify members will be given the opportunity to challenge and comment on what is logged.
Many individuals take decisions, often in the public interest, but don’t connect with the responsibility that comes with this. Wikiidentify believes this must change, and that those who take decisions can be identified.
Wikiidentify is identify and not exposé. The individual who has chosen to take decision in the public interest gets curated, and the information is catalogued available for searches on demand by the public.
Wikiidentify will show decisions takers that the public can identify their decisions, hold them responsible and hold them accountable. The possibility of being in the open could make individuals self-moderate the choice of decision they take.
Those who continue to defy self-moderation and continue to choose to take inconsiderate decisions will find themselves facing the responsibility they have chosen to take.
When you have chosen to take a decision, there will always be some repercussions or consequences. An inconsiderate decision usually erodes the choices for others, whereas a considerate decision would maintain the status quo of choices for everybody the decision may affect.
Wikiidentify will identify those responsible for taking considerate and inconsiderate decisions with transparency and advocate people to consider the selfishness of the decision they will choose to take.
Wikiidentify will identify the person who chose to take a decision and be responsible for its repercussions and consequences.
When accountability gets to be a companion of choice, attitudes will change to not get worse and worse but eventually might get better and better because Wikiidentify can identify the responsible for the public.

It will be a cultural change when more people take their responsibility more seriously because the responsible is certain about facing the public. Wikiidentify, recording what the public sees with the public eye.
