🚗💥 We’re Taking on Europe in a Banger Rally for Charity! 💥🚗

This year, we (two slightly adventurous youth workers!) are setting off on an unforgettable journey across Europe in a very questionable car… all for an amazing cause ❤️

Kernow Connect is the 11 plus service here in Cornwall that is part of the national charity Action for Children.

We are aiming to raise money for their 3 youth groups in Camborne, Perranporth and Torpoint. This money will help provide resources, activities and experiences that these young people may not otherwise access.

The challenge?

Drive hundreds of miles across multiple countries in a “banger” — a car that’s seen better days — all while raising money to support young people and the work we’re so passionate about.

Why are we doing this?

Because every day we see firsthand how important youth work is. The support, safe spaces, and opportunities it provides can truly change lives — and we want to do our part to give back and keep that impact going.

We’ll be facing long drives, breakdowns (almost guaranteed 😅), and plenty of unexpected moments along the way… but it’ll all be worth it knowing it’s for a great cause.
