What is crowdfunding?

Story
We are trying to raise money for a 4 week trip to Peru in summer 2019, the trip will involve much needed voluntary work in the local comunities, it will include a toilet building project in Moray, an extremely poor rural community. The trip will also include school improvement in Titicaca and Colca.
