I've raised £2000 to George Crawford Legacy Trust

Tragically on October 7th, Dougie and I lost a good friend as many others did in George Crawford. His Mum, Dad and Sister are setting up a trust in his name, The George Crawford Legacy Trust.
Dougie and I have along with Teviotdale Young Farmers have raised over £1,500, with Dougie and I shaving our hair raising £780 with raffles at the dinner dance, and pantomime.
George had a love for life especially farming, motor cross and his racing ponies. Money each year will be awarded to someone of similar age to George deserving of a helping hand into agriculture, whether it be tuition fees paid or a bursary to go to university among other things. The trust has already sponsored a pony to assist riding for the disabled.
In order to raise money, the first fundraiser is a bike ride on 2nd-5th June 2019,, a total of 364 miles from his home in Melrose to Harper Adams University where he sadly lost his life. Both Dougie and I have the aim to raise £1,000 each, for the Trust by completing the cycle.
We will be compelting the cycle with George‘s mother and father along with close family friends. We would greatly appreciate any donation made, with every £1 going towards the trust.
Thank you in taking the time to read and to donate, it is very much appreviated.
Will & Dougie.
