Story

Anything extra not used for the funeral expenses will be donated to The Marfan Trust Charity.

Willie John Maccorkindale was born with a rare disability called marfan's syndrome.

Willie was born on 7th of December 1979 and was diagnosed with Marfans syndrome. Willies Mother Patricia MacInnes also had marfan's syndrome and unfortunatley passed away at the age of 32.

Willie spent every day with a smile and was loved by everyone who knew him, although Willie had his challenges he never let it affect him.

Willie never considered his disability a limitation and lived every day with a positive able can do attitude. Willie never liked to think of his difficulities as a disability but more of an ability and able he was.

Willie loved supporting local charities and loved spending time with the RNLI in Kyle where he spent most of his life before moving to Moray-Shire with parents 6 years ago.

Willie loved making people happy however lost his fight on the 31st of October 2017 with the family struggling with this tradgedy and now face a difficult time trying to cover the expenses of the funeral arangments.

The family want to cremate Willie the family have faced so many challanges that we now face a huge financial burden and ask that anybody able to help releive some of the financial burden no matter how small. Words cannot say how much Willie will be missed so please help in any way possible to give Willie the send of he well and truely deserves.
