(I) Ste is raising £500 in memory of my beautiful daughter, Sydney Croía Trinn Brennan who was born sleeping on 30th March 2026 at 26 weeks gestation, weighing 2lbs.

I will be climbing Snowdon with PMA Abergele on Sunday 12th July 2026. This month was chosen as it was Sydney’s due date on 5th July. This follows my 10k run on Saturday 11th July.

We are raising funds to go towards the charity 4Louis who provide memory boxes to bereaved parents that have lost a child. These boxes are very special because they give parents specific memories of their child such as clay hand and foot prints, blankets, USB card for photos and so much more. The money will be going directly to the bereavement midwives in Betsi Cadwalar University Health Board to be used across the 3 hospitals in North Wales (Wrexham, Glan Clwyd and Bangor Hospitals). Our bereavement midwife in Wrexham, Lucy, was an incredible support to us when Sydney was born and helped us create all the memories we needed to remember her forever.

We are also raising funds to go to Dewi Glyn Jones Funeral Directors. Dewi & Sam looked after us the moment we contacted them to organise Sydney’s funeral. Their generosity for Sydney’s funeral was something we never expected as they did not charge us anything. She had a beautiful pink coffin with her name engraved on it, as well as the beautiful flowers, to organising the celebrant, Rebecca, who did a lovely service for her send off. They also collected Sydney from Wrexham Hospital (which is over an hours drive from their location) as they did not want her being transferred from one hospital to another, showing us how much they care.

We are so grateful to Lucy, the midwives, Dewi, Sam, Rebecca and all our friends and family who have shown us so much love and support since losing Sydney.
