I've raised £200 to raise money to allow our residents to enjoy a varied variety of social activities

Willowbrooke Residential Care Home needs to raise money to allow our residents to enjoy a varied variety of social activities to help improve their social lives and help create a feeling of self-worth and self esteem.
Activities are very important in a care home. But there is a cost and providing meaningful activities for individuals has a price.
We are a very small residential home in comparison to others. Our aim is for our residents to have a lots of social stimulation. We offer our residents a morning and afternoon activities session 5 time a week.
Some of our activities are: Gentle exercise, bowling, darts, crafts, painting, gardening, bingo, traditional monthly high tea afternoon, quizzes, reminicsense, armchair travel. We also include one to one trips out into the community to market gardens or supermarket followed by a coffee and slice of cake in the café.
We celebrate national holidays such as Christmas, Easter and Bonfire Night.
We hold regular get together and invite various entertainers to come and sing for us.
You can see our activities on https://www.facebook.com/pg/willowbrookeresidential/photos
Any donations would be highly appreciated.
A £10 donation donations could help with the following:
Materials for art and crafts
Materials for the visually impaired
We would like to thank you in advance for your support.
