Story

How it all started

Andrew was sat at home working with his favourite tea and thought he’d send some to his friends in the US. After thinking about this he thought he would sell the tea to them as they love Great British products, and all connected to this wonderful country of ours. After thinking about the name and concept he came up with Windsor Teas which he registered, with the Cabinet Office permission, started the concept of Windsor Teas.

What we are about

Windsor Teas will be a ecommerce business once set up, selling loose leaf teas from around the world and blended in the heart of England. Suppliers have been spoken to and a network has been collected to ensure supply and delivery has been well planned.

The cost of a start up business in the United Kingdom can vary but certain capital is needed and if that capital isn’t available then is can be difficult if not impossible to start a new enterprise.

The tea selection, currently we have selected 28 blends, include Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance products. Andrew believes that working with the farmers and producers benefit us all in the long term.

Charity donation

Andrew has promised to donate a proportion of any profits to a charity and in the first year of trading decided Multiple Sclerosis to be the chosen cause, which is close to his heart as his Mother and Aunt suffer from this life limiting illness.
