In the recent few years, we have tried to reward a number of children who work hard to try their best, but fall out of the top ten / eligibility for team medals.

We want to make 50 medals available at each event for teachers and parents to take to give to children they think deserve the medals for sportsmanship, effort or tenacity.

This will spur these children to continue and will further develop the strong values of sportsmanship we encourage from all who participate in these events.
