When you lose your hair it can be devastating to both men & women, not to forget also children. There are multiple reasons why someone could lose their hair, but it is how it effects us that hurts us the most.

My name is Ashley & I am here to tell you my story about why I am doing this and for what reasons. I suffered a violent attack many years ago at the hands of one of my own brothers. I was beaten so bad to the face & head area that the shock of it eventually began making my very thick longish hair fall out. I was in the shower just days from the event & I was washing my hair, then I could feel a strange sensation as I run my fingers through my hair. In a panic and I moved the soap suds from my eyes, then in-between my fingers was my hair. Coming out in clumps.

That moment would change my life forever. Hair was everything to me & I always believed that the hair was the center feature that always complimented a persons face. We all have something we admire about our self or other people. Mine was hair. I remember I I ran to the mirror & Just pieces of my hair was coming out from different areas of the scalp.

I was like many would be, I was in distress. I cried & I cried. I was left broken. As each day passed, I would just complete the process by running my fingers through what was left each time of my hair, removing the parts that just fell out with ease.

I instantly covered by head with a bandanna. I became home bound. For almost ten years or so. Loosing my identity on the way, I just didn't look like me ANYMORE. I found a miracle solution of Hair Systems that are virtually undetectable, But they are so expensive to have & cost me everything I had to do it.

Deep within the heart of me I know there are many men & women, also children who have lost hair through some illness or something other like myself & like me not all of us have the money to that. I want to raise money to help others and help my self, give them their confidence back.
