Head PGA Professional Jamie Tipper and member of Werneth Low Golf Club John Ashley have set themselves the daunting task of playing 100 holes in one day! (5 rounds and 10 holes) This fundraising event will take place on Saturday 11th July 2020 at Werneth Low Golf Club. Jamie and John will be starting at 4.30am. All monies raised will be donated to Children with CancerUK for all the unfortunate children who have this horrible illness and towards the recent damages to Werneth Low Golf Club and future projects to improve facilities like the gate that was smashed in half, damages to the greens from people playing football, cricket and doing other activities on them like picnicking etc, damages to the tees burning the grass to the mud on the golf tee's and stolen flag sticks and embroider flags, tee markers etc. This will be a 50/50 split between both.
